1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Noor (trynoor.legal) and the Noor product. Customer firms also sign a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement which, in case of conflict, prevail.
2. Service description
Noor is a regulated-practice workspace for UK immigration firms. We provide translation, document OCR, audit bundle generation, and case management tooling under the terms of your subscription.
3. Fees
Subscription fees are per caseworker per month, billed annually in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees are quoted exclusive of VAT.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Noor for work outside UK immigration practice without our written consent, not to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, and not to use it in a way that violates applicable law or SRA / IAA codes of conduct.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. We process it on your behalf under the DPA. If you cancel, we export everything and hard-delete within 30 days.
6. Availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance on our status page.
7. Liability
Noor is a tool; the caseworker remains responsible for professional judgement and tribunal submissions. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
