How does billing work?
Per caseworker, billed annually by invoice. We'll run a 30-day pilot at no cost while your partners review our DPA and sub-processor list. When you're ready to roll out, we invoice on the first of the month for 12 months.
Can I try it before signing an annual contract?
Yes. Every pilot is free for 30 days with full access. If it doesn't fit your practice, there's nothing to pay and we delete your data on request.
Is there a monthly option?
Yes — monthly billing is available at a small premium (+20%). Most firms prefer annual for predictable costs, but for new practitioners we understand monthly matters.
What about custom integrations or volume discounts?
Chambers tier includes bespoke sub-processor review, dedicated UK tenancy, and custom integrations. For firms over 20 caseworkers or with specific compliance requirements, talk to us directly.
What happens if I cancel?
We export all your data — every message, document, translation, audit bundle — as a signed archive. We retain backups for 30 days in case you change your mind, then hard-delete.
Are there per-message or per-translation fees?
No. All translation, OCR, audit, and storage usage is included in the per-caseworker price. We absorb the variable costs so you don't need to meter caseworker behaviour.
